The Osteo.pl website was established by medical specialists. Keeping patients’ information secret has a long tradition in medicine. The Hippocratic Oath is over two thousand years old, and contains detailed regulations in relation to the keeping of professional secrets. We take this very seriously – we do not sell personal information or make it available to third parties without the user’s clear consent.
Cookies and IP Cookies are small alphanumeric files sent to users’ computers. They collect information about the IP address and improve the efficiency of our website. The user has a possibility to configure the web browser for it to warn about access to cookies or reject them. Subscription for free periodicals To subscribe for free electronic periodicals belonging to Osteo.pl, you must provide your name, surname and e-mail address in the given form. These fields are obligatory.
Ordering services and products To order services and products offered by Osteo.pl you must provide full personal data in the given form. The fields that are obligatory are marked. In the case of a payment by credit card or by bank transfer, the user is re-directed to the PayU system. From then on, only the PayU system is responsible for the data provided in its forms. The PayU forms can be found on its website and are encrypted with special technologies.
Account protection The key to the website account is the password. It should be made up of unique numbers, letters and symbols. You must not make the password available to anyone. If a user gives his/her password or personal data to another person, he/she is entirely responsible for all activity performed from his account.
Safety Users’ information is saved on our servers and we treat it as something to be protected. By ‘unannounced information’, Osteo.pl means information directly connected with its services, periodicals and products. These are for example: information about changes on the website, special offers, uncommercial messages (e.g. wishes, personal comments etc.) and commercial information, the sending of which has been pre-paid by the Osteo.pl clients. Entities organising commercial e-mail campaigns do not have access to contact information of those, figuring on the address lists of Osteo.pl.
Partners Privacy policy does not concern websites and companies whose contact information is given on the website and the periodicals belonging to Osteo.pl.
